Dr. Volpi is one of the kindest and most understanding doctors I have ever been to. He actually listens to you, takes a cautious approach to treatment, and addresses all of your concerns and questions. He resolved an issue for me that other ENTs had completely misdiagnosed for years. From Dr. Volpi himself, to his wonderful front desk staff and calming office environment, I could not recommend his practice more.
This is my second time going to Dr. Volpi. One was for a lingering sinus infection which he helped me get over the other was for a lingering tonsil infection. Both times I went he honored my appointment time. The receptionist was also really nice and efficient. I don’t mind paying beforehand as you can leave right after your visit which I’ve become accustomed to from other providers. My prescription went through right away. Overall a great experience and he has helped me on both occasions
This is how all doctor’s offices should operate. When I have an appointment, the doctor sees me on time. That seems to be rare in the medical profession. The office is so clean and nice and welcoming. The staff is helpful and friendly. When I had a question about billing, Jocelyn went through the billing slowly and carefully, explaining what was covered by insurance, what wasn’t, and why. Dr. Volpi is exceptional at what he does. He’s patient and really understands his trade.
I had an emergency issue with my hearing and was able to get into Dr. Volpi office on the same day. He was able to fix my ear issue immediately. I left feeling 100 percent better. He was amazing and his staff at the office were also great! Highly recommend this doctor and team!
I had my septum worked on by Dr Volpi. The experience from first appointment to being totally healed was truly remarkable. He is held in such high esteem at the Hospital and I was treated like royalty there. The healing process took half the time as I thought and it hardly bled and never hurt. He is truly a master of his craft. 10000/10. Truly a wonderful doctor and experience.
