Great experience! I'm glad I found Dr Volpi. The staff at his office are great! Maria is awesome, and on top of everything, which is great. Dr. Volpi is an awesome doctor! I would recommend him to anyone, I wish I could give more stars! I can breathe much better now!
Amazing doctor kind and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended!!!! Worth the visit.
My father had an appointment on 11/28 and was told he’d have a CPAP machine by 12/4. It’s the 20th now and we got nothing. The number listed on the website isn’t very useful, the woman on the line says “this is the call center you have to call the office but they haven’t been picking up.....” thanks for nothing? I asked her to give me a number to call she gave me 22-838-8758 a number which perpetually gives the busy signal.....it’s 2018 how do you not have call waiting. In a last ditch effort to contact anyone I left a long question in the comments box on their website, let’s see if we get any response. The actually sleep lab was a comfortable experience I’m just wondering why it’s been so impossible to reach the doctor since. Update a day after this review; Yasmin reached out to me after leaving the comment I left on the website and was very helpful. I’m adding two stars to my review. I still feel that communication should be a bit easier but once you get a hold of someone to help you they’re very accommodating
I have written less than a handful of these reviews because I'm only motivated to do so by exceptional service. Dr VOLPI greatly improved my quality of life. After I broke my nose I had difficulty breathing. Just trying to fall asleep at night only being able to breath through my mouth was miserable. After visiting Dr. Volpi my breathing has returned to far beyond what I ever thought I would have again in my life. Couldn't be more grateful. VERY nice guy, highly recommend
Dr. Volpi is the best! Made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and above all GOT THE JOB DONE! I went to many doctors for my tinnitus, finally one who healed me. Thank You DR. VOLPI!!
It's a shame the receptionist wasn't nicer... I may have used Dr. Volpi for my sinus issues( a mass in my sinus cavity) but I am a firm believer that if you have a rude person you hired to answer your business phone then unfortunately the doctor must not be too nice himself.
I only visited Dr. Volpi once. He was a friendly doctor. Was not able to follow up due to insurance issues which the office resolved.
I went to EOS to address issues with my sleep apnea treatment. I needed to have everything worked out for a long trip I was taking (if you have SA, you know how annoying travel is). In short, it was complete waste of time. Dr. Thuy was ok, not wonderful, but OK, but the office staff/management were terrible. They confused my insurance info which meant costs for a surgery I scheduled were off by around 1000% (yeah), $1600 instead of $160. They didn't figure this out until the day before the surgery, so I lost weeks of planning, expecting to have surgery and instead having to scramble for an alternative. 2 of 2 times, they failed to call back with prescription info when they said they would--I always had to hound them. Then they scheduled me for an appointment with an associated dentist for an oral appliance; the appointment confirmation had the wrong address. I therefore went to the wrong location, missed the appointment (and half of work that day for nothing), and lost any chance of getting a device in time for travel. They re-scheduled the appointment for 2 weeks later (figured I would at least try to get something for my next trip)--again the address was wrong on the confirmation! Clearly, despite the enormous inconvenience that I politely communicated the first time, no one took the initiative to fix the problem. Fortunately, I caught the mistake this time and so I called the office to politely reiterate for the second time how inconvenient it was to have the wrong info sent in confirmations. All I got was excuses about how it's an automated system and I shouldn't read it closely. That annoyed me: why have the confirmation system? What is the point of a confirmation other than to confirm the CORRECT INFO??? HELLO? One of your patients politely communicates that your confirmation system is in error, causing them to needlessly miss an appointment, miss a day of work, and not get the treatment you need and you do NOTHING to fix it for next time?? And then you give excuses why (like it's my fault, I should know better than to trust your appointment confirmation?) Forget it. There are many doctors in NYC, go to one that has more respect for your time, effort, money spent, and your health.
